1. Agreement to Terms

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account with cc6v6. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the Service. This restriction applies regardless of the use of different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your cc6v6 account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine bank transfers. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction, daily, weekly, and monthly as displayed in the cashier.
• Deposits must originate from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Upon termination, we may withhold funds pending investigation and forfeit balances if violations are confirmed.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. cc6v6 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱200 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cc6v6 website including logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and trademarks are the exclusive property of cc6v6 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, cc6v6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three months preceding the claim.
